Frequently Asked Questions
So basically, when you click on a product on our website, or any of our other stores (Etsy, Instagram, TikTok, etc.), we (“Wahi-Pad”) will be notified-by-email, of your ‘selected product’ options.
We will then create or edit our product templates, based on the design you require, from our diverse library of artworks.
Next, our print-partners will get to work on printing your product to the chosen specifications - by you.
Standard Print-Processing times are listed below, but individual print-partner times may vary:-
US + CA 2 days, EU 3 days, ROW 5 days
Note: We request that you give us about 14-30 days to ensure that everything is correct and completed to your satisfaction. We will keep you updated on the progress and location of your purchase, every step of the way! :)
Well, with an original commissioned artwork, you are getting a 1-1, ‘fresh out of the box’ artwork, directly from your chosen artist.
With our prints, based on actual paintings, we use a professional “Rake Lighting” method to capture every texture, line and detail of our paintings, to ensure the final-print is as authentic as the original art. On top of this, Wahi-Pad is very ‘selective’ in-regards to who prints our artworks. As such, we maintain ‘a high standard’ and only work with “the best printers” possible.
