2. I am interested in: engaging in crypto, NFT and Web3-related shopping experiences
3. I understand and accept that my purchase of this NFT may be classified or recognized as an investment, asset purchase or crypto transaction, by the relevant financial authorities
4. I willingly choose to support the Seller/Creator of this product, by opting-in to Pay with Crypto
5. I understand and accept that putting all my money into a single business or type of investment is 'risky'.
6. I understand and accept that I may not get any guaranteed profit from the promotion, resale and/or re-purposing/adaptation of this product, and/or any subsequent Derivatives made or influenced by me
7. Spreading my money across different investments, and actively performing my own research before committing to purchase crypto and NFT products, makes me less vulnerable to speculative rumours and crypto scams
8. I should not, nor do I intend, to invest more than 10% of my net assets in high risk investments
9. I confirm that based on the above information, I qualify and self-determine my financial status, to be that of a restricted investor, on the basis that the following circumstances apply to me:
i) Over the last 12 months, I have invested between 0% and 10% of my net assets in high-risk investments,
and:
ii) In the next 12 months, I intend to invest no more than 10% of my net assets in high risk investments.
10. I understand and accept that being a restricted investor will expose me to promotions for investment where there is a risk of losing all the money I invest.
11. I am aware that the Seller extends me the right to seek professional advice before making any investment or purchase in a high-risk investment.
12. Finally, I accept that the investment profit and/or rates of demand on resale of my purchase are not affected by any interest as a result of delayed payment charges or lowered buyer interests. They are strictly delegated by the original seller/creator, in a FP (Finanicial Plan) that accompanies the NFT. And returning the product means I must also return the NFT; both at a maximum value capped at the original price of my purchase.
